- Education Requirements: Valid registered nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin
- Certifications Requirements: BLS, ACLS, WI RN license
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience, Med/Surg experience, and recent travel experience
- Other Requirements: Ability to manage change well, resilient, social, assertive, confident in skills, team player, able to float to multiple facilities, and willing to work night shifts

Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive ICU nursing care to adult patients with medical and surgical conditions, including joint replacements and general surgical cases.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring optimal outcomes for COVID and non-COVID patients.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress using EMR systems, ensuring compliance with hospital policies.
- Manage patient monitoring, administer medications, and respond to emergencies during 12-hour night shifts.
- Float between Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital, Aspirus Stevens Point, Plover, and Riverview facilities as required, providing flexible and resilient support across units.
