- Education Requirements: Associate's degree or higher in Nursing (ASN or BSN)
- Certifications Requirements:
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- AWHONN (Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses) certification
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery (L&D) experience
Experience working in small facility settings preferred
Previous obstetrics experience required, including managing childbirth and postpartum care
Other Requirements:
Ability to assist with obstetrics procedures and patient care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to support obstetrics as needed during shifts
