Position Details:

    • Job Title: Travel Emergency Room RN (ER RN)

    • Location: Southern California

    • Facility Type: Critical Access Hospital

    • Assignment Length: 13-week travel contract (with potential to extend)

    • Shifts Available:

    • Day Shift – 3x12 or 4x12

    • Night Shift – 3x12 or 4x12

  • Hours: 36–48 hours/week, depending on chosen schedule

  • Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient ER

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department.

    • Triage and assess patients efficiently and accurately.

    • Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with the care team.

    • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital policies.

    • Adapt quickly to emergency situations and provide life-saving interventions.

    Education & Certification Requirements:

    • Education: Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (ADN or BSN)

    • Licensure: Active California RN license (required)

    • Certifications:

    • BLS (Basic Life Support – AHA)

    • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)

    • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) preferred

    • TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) preferred

    • 1+ year of recent ER RN experience required
