Submission Requirements
- Must have 1 year experience in Special Procedures or Cath/EP cases - REQUIRED
- ARRT or RCIS, ACLS, BLS & State of TX Medical Radiologic License - REQUIRED
- Experience in a critical care setting (ICU, ED, etc) or previous Cath/EP Lab setting - Preferred
- Previous travel experience - Preferred
PROFILE REQUIREMENTSÂ
- ResumeÂ
- Skills Checklist (must be less than a year old)Â
- 2 supervisory references from within the last yearÂ
- License - must be active at time of submissionÂ
- Certifications - don’t need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtainÂ
- MUSTÂ disclose any previous Parkland employment history within submitting profileÂ
- Proof of Taxable Address - Driver’s License, Current Utility Bill, Lease/Rental Agreement, Mortgage Statement/Bill, Homeowner’s or Renter’s Insurance Statement/Bill, Voter Registration, Bank Statement, Auto Insurance, Tax ReturnÂ
Certification Requirements
