Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Contract Length: 13 to 52 weeks
• Hours per Week: 20-40 hours (flexible)
• Compensation: Up to $2,500 weekly (based on experience)
• Location: Mount Pleasant, TX

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to infants and toddlers (birth to age 3) within the Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) program
• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans to improve communication skills
• Work closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support developmental progress
• Conduct evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress reports in compliance with ECI guidelines
• Educate parents and caregivers on techniques to enhance speech and language development at home
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to regulatory standards
• Travel to homes, daycare centers, or early childhood centers as needed

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) or related field
• Texas state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience in Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) strongly preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
• CPR certification preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
