Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a Speech Therapist with Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) experience for a premier client near Mount Pleasant, TX. Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Contract Length: 13 to 52 weeks
- Hours per Week: 20-40 hours (flexible)
- Compensation: Up to $2,500 weekly (based on experience)
- Location: Mount Pleasant, TX
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to infants and toddlers (birth to age 3) within the Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) program
- Assess and develop individualized treatment plans to improve communication skills
- Work closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support developmental progress
- Conduct evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress reports in compliance with ECI guidelines
- Educate parents and caregivers on techniques to enhance speech and language development at home
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to regulatory standards
- Travel to homes, daycare centers, or early childhood centers as needed
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) or related field
- Texas state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience in Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) strongly preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
- CPR certification preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
