FULL TIME

Connected Health Care is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our client, a top-rated hospital in Albuquerque, NM. As a Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals and provide exceptional care to our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments or disabilities
- Develop treatment plans and goals for patients
- Utilize therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other treatment modalities
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises
- Communicate with healthcare professionals and coordinate patient care
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Physical Therapy license in the state of New Mexico
- BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
