Float Pool Registered Nurse Supervisor
Full - Time
Connected Health Care is currently seeking a Float Pool Nurse Supervisor for our client, a top-rated hospital in Albuquerque, NM. As a Float Pool Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of nurses who provide care to patients in various units across the hospital.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the float pool nursing team
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes
- Ensure that all staff members are compliant with hospital policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care to patients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting
- Current RN license in the state of New Mexico
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
