Job Title: Travel Physical Therapist - Madison, WI

Job Description:

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients with a variety of conditions
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve patients’ mobility and function
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and self-care techniques
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and progress notes
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Wisconsin or eligibility for licensure
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
