Job Description
Job Title: Travel Physical Therapist - Madison, WI
Company: Connected Health Care
Location: Madison, WI
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift Availability: Day Shifts
Job Description:
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients with a variety of conditions
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve patients’ mobility and function
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and progress notes
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
- Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Wisconsin or eligibility for licensure
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
