Contract CT/X-Ray Technologist – Wichita, Kansas
Start Date: Mid-April to Early May
13-Week Travel Contract | On-Call Required | Weekly Pay Up to $2,700 (Based on Experience)
Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is partnering with a respected healthcare facility in Wichita, KS to hire a Travel CT/X-Ray Technologist for a 13-week contract assignment. Position Overview
As a Travel CT/X-Ray Technologist, you will perform diagnostic imaging procedures that support accurate diagnoses and quality patient care. This role requires flexibility, strong technical skills, and a patient-focused approach.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform CT and diagnostic X-ray imaging procedures according to established protocols
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning during imaging exams
- Operate and maintain CT and X-ray equipment
- Accurately document procedures and patient information in medical records
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare staff
- Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Education and Certification Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
- Active Kansas Radiologic Technologist license or ability to obtain
- ARRT certification in Radiography required
- ARRT certification in CT preferred or required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum of 1 year of recent CT and X-ray experience preferred
