Position: Local Special Education Teacher

Contract Length: Remainder of 24-25 School Year

Compensation: Up to $2000/week based on experience

Job Description:

• Develop and implement personalized education plans for students with special needs, tailored to their individual strengths, abilities, and challenges
• Cultivate a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and supported
• Collaborate closely with colleagues, parents, and support staff to address the diverse needs of students and provide the necessary accommodations and support for academic success
• Utilize effective teaching strategies, innovative technologies, and resources to engage students and enhance their learning experiences
• Regularly assess student progress and adjust instruction as needed to promote growth, development, and achievement

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
• Colorado teaching certification in Special Education
• Previous experience working with students with disabilities preferred
