Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Union, South Carolina
Contract Length: 2025-2026 School Year
Compensation: Up to $63/hr based on experience

Job Description
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students with diverse needs.
- Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop effective intervention strategies.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to goal setting.
- Educate staff and families on communication strategies to support student success.
Education and Certification Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license in South Carolina or eligibility to obtain one.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred, but CFY candidates are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in a school setting is a plus but not required.
