Acute Rehab Registered Nurse – Kansas City, MO

Connected Health Care is looking for an experienced Acute Rehab Registered Nurse to join our client’s hospital in Kansas City, MO. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care and experienced in acute care settings.
Responsibilities:
• Provide patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Educate and support patients in managing acute and chronic illnesses
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care
• Assess and document patient progress
• Administer medications and treatments
• Provide support and education to families
Qualifications:
• Current Registered Nurse License in MO
• Minimum of 2 years of acute care nursing experience
• ACLS certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
