Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Valid RN license with a BSN or diploma in nursing.
- Certifications Requirements: Current ACLS and BLS certification.
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of ER experience, preferably in acute care settings.
- Other Requirements: Ability to work night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:00 AM, open to block scheduling, strong critical thinking skills, and ability to support emergency patients as needed.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality acute care to emergency and Med Surg patients during night shifts, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Document patient conditions, treatments, and response to interventions accurately in the CPSI EMR system.
- Support emergency patients by providing urgent nursing interventions as required, maintaining calm and professionalism.
- Execute procedures and monitor patients closely during the overnight shift to identify and respond to any critical changes.
