Job Description

Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-operative conditions

Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training

Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care

Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes

Educate patients and their families on treatment goals, home exercises, and injury prevention

Maintain detailed patient records in accordance with healthcare regulations and facility standards
Education & Certification Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (Doctorate or Master’s)

Current Vermont Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain

BLS certification required

Prior clinical experience preferred, but strong new graduates are encouraged to apply
