BCBA near Brownsville, TX

Connected Health Care, a top recruitment and staffing firm specializing in Healthcare and Educational Services, is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for an exciting opportunity with one of our premier Educational Services clients near Brownsville, TX. This position offers a 36-week contract with approximately 3 days of work per week, and competitive weekly compensation of up to $70/hr based on experience.

Job Description:

• Provide direct and indirect behavioral therapy services to students
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze data
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to ensure effective program implementation
• Train and support school personnel in behavior management strategies
• Monitor and adjust interventions based on student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Valid state licensure (if applicable)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA, preferably in a school setting
• Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and evidence-based practices
