Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Rosenberg, TX
Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM | Up to $2,200 Weekly
Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, in-person position near Rosenberg, TX. This contract offers 40 hours per week for a 13- to 26-week duration, with competitive pay based on experience and bilingual abilities (English/Spanish preferred).
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapy, supervision, and support to clients with developmental and behavioral challenges.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including caregivers, therapists, and educators.
- Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and treatment updates.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) preferred – higher compensation offered.
- Must be able to work fully in person in the Rosenberg, TX area.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Up to $2,200 weekly (based on experience & bilingual proficiency).
- Flexible 13- to 26-week contract with potential for extension.
- Work-life balance with Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM schedule (40 hours/week).
