Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Boston, MA
Contract Length: 36 Weeks | Weekly Compensation: Up to $2,437.50 (Based on Experience)
Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join an esteemed Educational Services client in Boston, MA. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality behavioral support to students in a collaborative school setting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze data to drive interventions.
- Provide direct supervision and training to RBTs and other support staff.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school administrators to create a supportive learning environment.
- Monitor student progress, adjust intervention strategies, and document outcomes.
- Educate teachers and families on behavior management techniques and ABA strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Experience working in a school setting preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
