- Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Certifications Requirements:
- Licensed in Colorado as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)
- Current state licensure as required by Colorado licensing boards
- CPR and First Aid certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience providing bereavement or mental health counseling in a clinical setting
- Experience working with diverse patient populations in a long-term care environment
- Prior experience working PRN or part-time shifts is preferred
- Other Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with healthcare teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must pass background check and health screenings
