Job Description:

• Provide direct nursing care to students and staff in a school setting.
• Assess and treat illnesses, injuries, and medical conditions in accordance with established guidelines.
• Administer medications and monitor students with chronic health conditions.
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to develop individualized care plans.
• Conduct health screenings and provide health education to students, staff, and parents.
• Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with state regulations and school policies.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred but not required.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
