This opportunity begins as a 13-week travel assignment and transitions into a permanent, full-time position. Key Responsibilities:

• Initial 13-Week Travel Assignment: Provide compassionate care during the temporary placement.
• Transition to Permanent Role: Upon successful completion, transition to a full-time permanent position at the facility.
• Patient Support: Assist residents with activities of daily living and provide companionship.
• Observation and Reporting: Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of resident living areas.
• Supporting Care Plans: Assist in implementing care plans under the guidance of healthcare professionals.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
• Current CNA certification in Nebraska.
• Compassionate and empathetic nature.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in long-term care or a similar setting is advantageous.
