- Certifications Requirements: CPR/BLS Certification (Preferred), State CNA certification, First Aid Certification
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience in home health or hospice settings; Experience with patient care within a community or home environment; Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically MatrixCare
- Other Requirements: Ability to work independently within a 45-mile radius of Marquette; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Ability to lift and assist patients safely; Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; Good organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care in home health and hospice settings according to care plans and physician orders.
- Assess patient needs and document observations accurately within EMR system (MatrixCare) to ensure quality care delivery.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including mobility, hygiene, and medication administration.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare team members to develop and modify care plans as needed.
- Maintain compliance with safety protocols and documentation standards while managing a caseload of 7-10 patients per day.
