- Certifications Requirements: Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Minnesota
- Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of Long Term Care (LTC) experience preferred
- Other Requirements: Ability to work 8-hour shifts, flexibility to work days and evenings, reliable transportation, strong communication skills

Job Responsibilities
- Provides direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and assisting with activities of daily living.
- Maintains accurate documentation of patient care and progress using electronic medical records (EMR).
- Supports infection control and safety protocols in accordance with facility policies.
- Collaborates with nursing staff and other healthcare team members to coordinate patient care plans.
- Monitors patient vital signs and reports any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse.
