Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Minnesota
- Certifications Requirements: CNA certification in Minnesota, CPR certification, Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of LTC experience preferred, previous experience in hospital, rehab, or hospice settings is advantageous
- Other Requirements: Ability to work flexible hours including days and evenings, strong communication skills, compassionate patient care skills
