Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Minnesota
  • Certifications Requirements: CNA certification in Minnesota, CPR certification, Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of LTC experience preferred, previous experience in hospital, rehab, or hospice settings is advantageous
  • Other Requirements: Ability to work flexible hours including days and evenings, strong communication skills, compassionate patient care skills

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate patient care to residents in long-term care facilities, ensuring comfort and safety.
  • Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and feeding patients.
  • Document patient information accurately in the EMR system and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to all facility protocols and infection control standards.
