Job Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate bedside care to residents in accordance with facility protocols and state regulations
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and document residents’ health status and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control standards
