Permanent CT Tech – Ashland, Kansas ($5,000 Sign-On Bonus!)

Job Details:
- Location: Ashland, Kansas
- Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time or Part-Time
- Schedule:
- Day Shift (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, 8-hour shifts)
- Weekend Rotation: 1-2 weekends per month (On-Call Only)
- Holiday Rotation: Rotated with other techs (On-Call Only)
- On-Call Requirements:
- Weeknights (Monday - Thursday, 5 PM - 7 AM, 1-2 days per week)
- Weekend On-Call (Friday 5 PM - Monday 7 AM, 1-2 weekends per month)
- Must be within 30 minutes of facility when on call
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality CT and X-ray imaging for outpatient, ER, acute care, and swing bed patients
- Assist with IV placement (certification not required)
- Operate PACS (Picture Archiving & Communication System)
- Work with Cerner EMR for patient records and imaging documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and radiology team to provide accurate diagnostic imaging
- Rotate on-call duties to provide 24/7 coverage
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
Education & Certification Requirements:
- ARRT (CT) Certification REQUIRED
- Kansas LRT License REQUIRED
- BLS Certification REQUIRED
- Associate of Science in Radiologic Technology REQUIRED
- Bachelor of Science in Diagnostic Imaging PREFERRED
- Minimum of 5 years of experience preferred (negotiable for the right candidate)
