Connected Health Care is currently seeking a Lead CT Technologist for our client, a well-established hospital in Flagstaff, AZ. As the Lead CT Technologist, you will play a key role in the delivery of high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Description:
The Lead CT Technologist will oversee and manage the daily operations of the CT department, including performing diagnostic CT scans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining equipment and supplies, and supervising CT technologists. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic CT scans as needed
- Supervise and train CT technologists
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including radiation safety and infection control
- Maintain equipment and supplies, including ordering and inventory management
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process improvement projects
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve workflow, processes, and patient care

Requirements:
- Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent required
- ARRT (CT) certification required
- Minimum of 5 years of CT scanning experience (required), with at least 3 years of supervisory experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of healthcare professionals
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
