- Education Requirements: Degree or diploma in Radiologic Technology or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Certifications Requirements:
- American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) certification
- Texas Medical Board registration as Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT-GC)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Heart Association
- Experience Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience operating GE CT and XR equipment in a hospital setting
- Experience in high-volume, high-acuity CT exams, including trauma and stroke cases
- ER imaging experience preferred
- Other Requirements: Ability to work night shifts, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, ability to handle high-pressure situations, and flexibility to adapt to hospital protocols

- Provide high-quality CT imaging services utilizing GE CT equipment, ensuring accurate and diagnostic images in a timely manner.
- Operate and troubleshoot portable X-ray equipment, maintaining image quality and patient safety protocols.
- Assess and adapt to high-volume, high-acuity trauma and stroke cases, demonstrating competence in emergency imaging procedures.
- Collaborate with radiology and emergency department staff to coordinate patient care and imaging procedures effectively.
- Maintain detailed documentation of procedures, equipment maintenance, and patient interactions in compliance with hospital policies.
