Travel CT/XRay Tech - Bandon, OR

Location: Bandon, Oregon
Shift: Day shift, 8-hour schedule

Job Description:

• Operate CT and X-ray equipment to produce diagnostic images of patients' internal structures
• Position patients and adjust equipment to capture the necessary images
• Review and analyze images to ensure quality and accuracy
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret and deliver results
• Maintain patient records and document procedures accurately
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures
• Adhere to radiation safety regulations and protocols
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Participate in continuous education and professional development activities
• Assist in the development and implementation of imaging policies and procedures

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Current Oregon Radiologic Technologist license (required upon submittal)
• Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in CT and X-ray
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CT/XRay Tech in a clinical setting
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of imaging practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
