As a Cardiac Catheterization Technologist, you will assist in specialized cardiac procedures, supporting the cardiology team to diagnose and treat cardiovascular conditions. Your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes, providing critical support in a collaborative setting. This full-time, day shift position offers a stable and rewarding career path, with potential for overtime and temp-to-perm conversion.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 1+ year of experience in cardiac catheterization or a related field
- Ohio Radiologic Tech license
- Proficiency in Meditech electronic medical records system
- Strong understanding of cardiovascular anatomy and procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and adhere to safety protocols
Nice to Have Skills:
- Additional certifications such as ACLS or ARRT
- Experience with diverse cardiac interventions or imaging techniques
- Prior experience in a hospital setting similar to the facility environment
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Radiologic Technology degree or equivalent accredited training
- Prior work experience in a cardiovascular lab setting
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work scheduled hours from 7:00am, with potential for overtime and on-call duties
- Maintaining licensure and certifications as required by Ohio state law
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a moderately fast-paced environment and adhering to safety standards
