Job Description:

• Perform high-quality echocardiographic imaging procedures, including transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiograms

• Collaborate with cardiologists and healthcare teams to provide accurate diagnostic results

• Analyze cardiac ultrasound data and prepare reports for physician review

• Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures

• Maintain and calibrate ultrasound equipment to ensure optimal performance

• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in echocardiography and cardiac imaging techniques

Education & Certification Requirements:

• ARDMS Certification as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) required

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field preferred

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required

• Prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply
