Job Description:

• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills and enhance patients' quality of life.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about managing and improving their conditions.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Certified Occupational Therapist
• 1+ years of experience in Rehabilitation (Long-Term Care)

Contract Details:

• Length: 13 weeks
• Weekly Compensation: Up to $2400 based on experience
