Job Description
Job Title: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) - Direct Hire
Compensation: $35-$45/HR
Location: East Setauket, NY
Employer: Connected Health Care
Position Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Days (40 hours/week)
- No nights, weekends, major holidays, or on-call.
Reports To: Director of Nurses (DON)
EMR System: HST
Operating Rooms: 4
Surgeries Per Month: 250

Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside surgeons, anesthesia personnel, RNs, and other surgical team members.
- Provide critical support before, during, and after surgical procedures, ensuring smooth operations and patient safety.
Qualifications:
Required:
- GED or High School Diploma
- NBSTSA Certified Surgical Technologist or equivalent certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- At least one year of surgical tech experience
Preferred:
- ORTHO experience
- Two years of experience in a surgical setting
