Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) - Direct Hire
Are you a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) seeking a role that values work-life balance and a family-oriented culture? Join our dedicated surgical team in a full-time, direct-hire position with a consistent weekday schedule—no nights, weekends, major holidays, or on-call required!
Position Overview:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
- Facility Hours: Day shift only
- Location: Specialized surgical facility with 4 operating rooms and approximately 250 surgeries per month
- Reports to: Director of Nurses (DON)
- EMR System: HST

What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification (NBSTSA or equivalent)
- Current BLS Certification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a surgical technologist
Preferred Qualifications:
- Orthopedic surgery experience
- 2+ years of experience in a surgical setting
Key Responsibilities:
As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in patient care by working closely with surgeons, anesthesia teams, RNs, and other surgical personnel. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing the operating room and equipment
- Assisting during surgical procedures
- Maintaining sterile techniques and supporting patient care before, during, and after procedures
