Facility Schedule: Days, M-F, 40-hours/week
Education/Licensure/Certification Requirements
Required:
- GED or High School Diploma
- NBSTSA-Certified Surgical Tech or other equivalent certification
- BLS required
- At least one year experience
Preferred:
- ORTHO Experience
- Two years experience preferred
Main Function
The Surgical Scrub Tech or the Certified Surgical Tech is a member of the surgical team who works with surgeons, anesthesia personnel, RNs, and other surgical personnel in delivering pt care and assuming appropriate responsibilities before, during, and after surgery procedures
