We are seeking Certified Surgical Technologists to join a dedicated Surgical Services team at a community-based hospital in beautiful Port Angeles, Washington. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity ideal for surgical techs who enjoy a collaborative environment, a broad case mix, and being part of a close-knit surgical team.

Position Overview:
As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in supporting surgical procedures across multiple specialties. This position is well-suited for candidates who value hands-on experience, teamwork, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a smaller hospital setting.

Schedule:

  • Full-time (40 hours/week)

  • Typical shifts include:

  • 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM

  • 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM

  • 10:45 AM – 7:15 PM

Compensation:

  • Certified CST: $30.89 – $45.57/hour

  • Non-Certified Surgical Tech: $27.37 – $41.51/hour
    (Compensation based on experience and certification status)

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments

  • Maintain sterile technique throughout procedures

  • Assist surgeons during operations across multiple specialties

  • Anticipate surgical needs and ensure patient safety

  • Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia staff

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program

  • National CST certification strongly preferred

  • Non-certified candidates will be considered if they have completed a technical program and have relevant experience

  • Prior surgical technologist experience required

  • Multi-specialty OR experience preferred
