Job Description

Full time - Charge Operating Room RN - Glendale, WI
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hours/week (Operating Room Hours: 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
EMR: Meditech Expanse
Operating Rooms: 10
Monthly Surgeries: 575-625

Are you an experienced Operating Room RN looking for a leadership role in a well-established, high-satisfaction work environment? Connected Health Care is partnering with a top-tier, physician-owned facility in Glendale, WI, to find a dedicated Charge OR Nurse to join their team. This role offers a stable Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends, holidays, nights, or on-call shifts—all surgeries are scheduled with no ER attachment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise nursing staff within the Operating Room

  • Coordinate surgical procedures to ensure patient safety and efficiency

  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals

  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards

  • Monitor quality control and safety measures within the OR

  • Provide direct patient care when necessary

  • Assist in training and mentoring new OR nurses

Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in Wisconsin or compact state eligibility

  • Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience (leadership experience preferred)

  • BLS and ACLS certifications required

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with Meditech Expanse EMR is a plus
