Full Time Nurse Team Leader Position
Registered Nurse - Days + Rotating Saturdays

Job Description:

• Lead and supervise a team of nurses and healthcare professionals in providing high-quality patient care.
• Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review patient cases, discuss treatment plans, and address any issues or concerns.
• Provide mentorship, training, and support to team members to ensure adherence to clinical protocols and standards of care.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for enhancement.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nebraska.
• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in nursing practice.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
