Job Description:

• Oversee and coordinate daily clinical operations to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient workflow.
• Serve as a resource for nursing staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Monitor patient outcomes and coordinate care plans with multidisciplinary teams.
• Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide feedback to nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement policies and procedures.
• Assist in training new staff and facilitate continuous education for the team.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – Required
• Active RN license in the state of New Hampshire – Required
• BLS and ACLS certifications – Required
• Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience – Preferred
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience – Strongly Preferred
