Job Description:

• Perform various diagnostic tests on patient samples, including blood, urine, and other bodily fluids.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability of results.
• Analyze and report test results to medical professionals for diagnosis and treatment.
• Maintain compliance with safety and quality control standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Participate in the development and implementation of new laboratory procedures and techniques.
• Keep detailed records of all laboratory procedures and results.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field.
• Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT).
• State licensure as required by Indiana.
