Job Description:

• Perform complex medical laboratory tests for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease.
• Analyze samples of blood, tissue, and bodily fluids using automated equipment and manual techniques.
• Interpret and validate test results, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide timely and accurate laboratory information.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, instruments, and records in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality control and assurance activities to uphold laboratory standards.

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field.
• Valid Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license issued by the state of California.
• ASCP or equivalent certification preferred.
