You will be responsible for overseeing the Microbiology department, ensuring accurate and timely test results while adhering to regulatory standards. Your leadership skills will be instrumental in guiding a team of laboratory professionals towards excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the Microbiology laboratory team.
• Perform complex clinical laboratory tests and procedures.
• Maintain quality control and assurance protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field.
• Valid California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license.
• ASCP certification preferred.
