We are looking for a Clinical Nurse Educator to join our team in White Plains, NY. The ideal candidate is a patient-focused professional with a passion for advancing patient care through education and leadership.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement educational programs for nursing staff, including orientation and continuing education
• Create and maintain educational materials, including patient education handouts, practice guidelines, and e-learning modules
• Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and provide feedback to staff
• Serve as an expert resource for clinical questions and concerns
• Monitor patient outcomes and suggest areas of improvement
Qualifications:
• Current RN license in New York
• 5+ years of nursing experience
• Clinical experience in an acute care setting
• Excellent communication, teaching, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of current clinical practices and standards
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
