Job Description: As a Telemetry Clinical Nurse Educator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality of patient care by providing education and training to our nursing staff. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and delivering educational programs and materials for telemetry nurses.
• Assessing the learning needs of nursing staff and designing customized training plans.
• Collaborating with the nursing leadership team to maintain and improve clinical competency.

Requirements: To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:

• RN License: Active California RN license.
• Bachelor's Degree: BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Telemetry Experience: Minimum of 5 years of recent telemetry nursing experience.
• Certification: BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Education Experience: Previous experience in nursing education or clinical teaching is required.
