- Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from an accredited institution
- Certifications Requirements: Valid Oregon state pharmacy license, Sterile compounding certification, BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of clinical pharmacy experience, including experience with chemotherapy drugs, in a hospital setting
- Other Requirements: Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail
