Job Description: Connected Health Care, in partnership with our esteemed client, is seeking a skilled CT Tech to join our dynamic team in Reno, NV. As a CT Tech, you will be responsible for operating computerized tomography (CT) equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients' internal organs and tissues. Duties include preparing and positioning patients for scans, operating the CT scanner, and ensuring images meet quality standards for accurate diagnosis. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform CT scans in accordance with physician orders.
• Prepare and position patients for procedures, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Operate CT scanner equipment and ensure proper functioning.
• Monitor patients during scans and provide assistance as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Adhere to safety protocols and radiation protection measures.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals as necessary.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program.
• ARRT certification in CT required.
• State License required.
• Current CPR certification.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Tech preferred.
• Experience with GE equipment is a plus.
