- Certifications Requirements: Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), ServSafe Food Handler Certification, CPR certification
- Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in food service management; experience with long-term care facilities; familiarity with dietary regulations and safety standards
- Other Requirements: Strong organizational skills; excellent communication abilities; physical ability to stand for extended periods
