Connected Health Care, a Joint Commission-Certified staffing agency, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Med Surg Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel night shift assignment at Aspirus Iron River in Iron River, MI. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the Medical-Surgical unit, including assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care plans
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and ensure accurate patient documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver the best possible outcomes for patients
• Communicate with patients and their families to provide education and emotional support
• Ensure patient safety and adhere to all clinical protocols and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license (Michigan)
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Med Surg unit
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
