Contract - Physical Therapist - Outpatient
Location: Multiple Locations in Texas
Schedule: Full-time, 5x8's, Monday through Friday
Pay Rate: $55 per hour, $2200 per week
Stipend: Stipend available

Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Contract Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. As a Physical Therapist with us, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and functional abilities
- Develop personalized treatment plans to address patients' individual needs and goals
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall function
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families about home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans
Requirements:
- Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist
- Minimum of [1] years of experience working as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- BLS certification
