Med-Surg Float Pool RN – 12 HR NOCS – 13-17 Week Contract Opportunity in Albany, GA
Contract Length: 13 Weeks (Open to 17 Weeks)
Shift: 12-Hour Night Shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM EST)
Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours per week (hours not guaranteed during orientation week)
Start Date: Biweekly orientation available
Connected Healthcare is seeking an experienced Med-Surg Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract position  in Albany, GA. This is a fantastic opportunity for RNs looking to join a highly regarded healthcare facility and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Float between acute care and cardio units to provide essential nursing care
- Assist in the Emergency Center for acute care patient holds (mid-shift floats are rare and only needed for emergent situations)
- Provide care for patients based on their specific needs, collaborating with the multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Rotate weekend shifts every other week
- Maintain a focus on excellent patient care and safety
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Med-Surg nursing experience, travel experience is a plus
- Licensure: Georgia RN License or Compact RN License required
- Certifications:
- AHA BLS
- AHA NIHSS
- AHA ACLS (preferred but not required)
